NOTE: The 145.022-68 ST is a transitional model between the 145.012 and the 145.022. This series is sought after for its rarity, as it still retains elements of its predecessor, 145.012, such as the stepped dial, the applied rather than printed logo, the bezel, and the case back with the prancing horse, but without any mention of the moon landing. Finding one in this condition is truly difficult.
