Watches83.com warrantees that the referenced watch will function flawlessly. All of our watches have been checked before them being published and they are in excellent working condition, unless specified in the description of the specific piece. As we are dealing with vintage pieces, these watches have been enjoyed. If you are looking for a new watch, this is not your place.

All of out adds include a large amount of pictures and they are considered an additional part of the description. We recommend you observe them thoroughly.

Watches83 warrantees the authenticity of all their pieces and strictly adheres to the current legislation of used goods. We do not work with copies or replicas.

This type of watches so old does not have the precision of quartz and may suffer small variations regarding its accuracy. As we are dealing with vintage pieces, we do not guarantee the impermeability of our pieces (although they were once submersible), so our guarantee will not cover any type of water inlet on the watch. We advise the buyer to carry out annual reviews for an optimal service.

We are not authorised dealer of any watch brand and all our items come from our business activity.

Authenticity

Watches 83 offers to the customer the right of not consolidation of the purchase in 14 calendar days with out any justification. This clause will expire after the 14 calendar days of the day that you or the third party indicated by you, besides the delivery person, receives the article. This term is not valid for professionals or business.

Certain items due to its kind are excluded from the non-consolidation clause. They are the items out of stock at the moment of purchase, the special orders and the limited edition pieces, as it´s price can change according to the market circumstances. If the clause will be waved, we will inform the customer of it before proceeding with the delivery of the piece.

The amount to be returned will be the one paid by the customer, including the regular shipment cost, excluding the extras for urgent shipments and insurance cost. The delivery cost due to the return will be at the customer’s expense.

To exercise the right non-consolidation, we must be notified in the indicated timeframe via email to contact@watches83.com.

The returned item must be in the same conditions as it was when it was sent. Any sign of usage or of manipulation of the item will become sufficient to reject the return.

The monetary return will be done 14 calendar days from the non-consolidation date or, in case this was longer, 7 calendar days from the reception.
